What a Shame

Have you ever failed miserably and then picked yourself back up? I hope so, otherwise you might stand accused of never really trying, of never really taking a risk by pushing yourself past your comfort zone.
When was the last time you publicly failed? Heard the voices of the people on the sideline say, “What a shame?”
Or is it that you fear hearing those words? So much so that you fight hard to stay in control, pushing yourself a little, but not too much. And never to the edge for fear of falling over.
Should we all be like Daredevil and be men and women without fear?
What’s the worse that could happen if you did the thing you feared?
And finally: Which of your miserable failures are you most proud of? (It’s a trick question so think hard before you answer.)
Peace,
Clay
