Something Really Important

I’ll have to keep this one short, it is Christmas Eve after all and I have a belly full of mince pies, haggis (don’t ask) and beer.
I stepped out of the house this morning to a clear blue sky and crisp cold air. The streets were empty, apart from a few passer-byes, who smiled and said hi. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside and I finally felt like I could sing this song.
I know we’ve only just begun this journey together here on the newsletter, but I wanted to say Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you are somewhere warm and cozy hanging out with friends and family as we wait for Jolly Old Saint Nick to arrive. At the time of me writing this, he is somewhere over Ethiopia.
I hope you’ve been more nice than naughty this year and won’t be getting a lump of coal in your stocking!
Speaking of which, I better get back to the festivities or I will be on the naughty list!!.

Quote of the Day
What comforts us is that, after we make ourselves crazy enough, we can let go inch by inch into just being here; every so often, briefly. There is flow everywhere in nature — glaciers are just rivers that are moving really, really slowly — so how could there not be flow in each of us?
