Don't Look at the Closed Door Too Long

2019 is so close, I can just about touch it. I’m excited to see what the new year brings. I have my focus words intact. My intentions are set. And most of the resources I need are at hand. So today and tomorrow, I shall relax and just focus on be-ing present in my own head and with those around me.
I hope you are set too.
If you’re needing some last minute inspiration, read through this article from Dumb Little Man: Live Life to its Fullest - 39 Ways to Live Not Merely Exist.
I love this list because it encourages you to get back in touch with your humanity and focus on what’s really important in life. Simple things like turn off the Internet and go outside in the rain and pick flowers or kiss your beau or belle. Savour your food. Slow down. Play with children. Talk to old people. Lose control. Embrace your suffering. Find joy.
So yeah, here’s to 2019 and beyond.
Peace and love,
Clay
