Beautiful Thinking

It’s Friday night, let’s get ready to rumble!
Er…um…that was another time, another place.
The reality is I’m about to eat some pizza, sip a beer, and watch the new season of Black Mirror, which apparently, the producers are trying something new with the format - a choose you’re own adventure episode.
I’m curious to see how they pull this off. I imagine it won’t be long until we have interactive video coupled with VR to create a cinematic experience like no other! You think we’re addicted to Netflix now, wait til you can’t tell the difference between the dreamworld (a la The Matrix) and the real world. Like in these photos.
I reached a new milestone today. I finished my first curated course for my new eAcademy. It has taken me 5 months to get here. But finally, the stars and the planets aligned, and I’m ready to launch.
It’s a soft launch and I’m hoping that you, as early adopters of the newsletter, will also be early adopters of my eAcademy. It’s called Eunoia Learn. I chose the name eunoia because it means ‘beautiful thinking’.
My vision for the eAcademy is to make it a centre of excellence for connected and collaborative social learning. I want it to be a community for lovers of life-long learning.
Here’s a link to Eunoia Learn’s first ever course. If you do work your way through it, let me know if find any glitches.

“We have four natural enemies: fear, clarity, power, and old age. Fear, clarity, and power can be overcome, but not old age. Its effect can be postponed, but it can never be overcome.”
